AAV Vector Science
Focus on adeno-associated virus platforms for targeted gene delivery, informed by years of translational research and clinical observation.
Physician-led · Research-informed · Invitation only
A private, physician-led platform for advanced AAV gene therapy research and structured longevity medicine—with continuous clinical oversight.
Our premise
The next frontier of medicine is not more noise. It is precision, governance and evidence.
Triple Helix Science brings molecular research into a disciplined, physician-led framework—built for careful inquiry, measured observation and responsible progress.
Our approach
Unlike promotional longevity clinics, we operate as a physician-led research platform. Every engagement begins with rigorous assessment, clear jurisdictional boundaries, and continuous clinical oversight — not marketing claims.
01
Focus on adeno-associated virus platforms for targeted gene delivery, informed by years of translational research and clinical observation.
02
Investigation of coordinated gene approaches, including pathways related to cellular resilience, cognitive function and metabolic support.
03
All clinical activity is directed by licensed physicians with extensive experience in interventional and regenerative medicine.
04
Emphasis on structured monitoring, biomarker tracking and transparent documentation of clinical observations over time.
Scientific foundation
Decades of interventional oncology and image-guided procedure experience inform a careful AAV-focused approach — distinct from plasmid or consumer longevity products.
Extensive work in image-guided oncology, including pioneering contributions to percutaneous ablation techniques, provides the clinical foundation for later translational efforts.
Ongoing focus on AAV platform characteristics, safety considerations and targeted delivery strategies within regulated clinical environments.
Clinical experience across multiple jurisdictions informs protocol design, monitoring frameworks and long-term follow-up practices.
Leadership
Founder · Chief Executive Officer · Chief Scientist
Dr. Sewell brings more than three decades of medical practice spanning interventional radiology, oncology and regenerative research. His formal training includes internal medicine, diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology and cross-sectional imaging.
He has contributed to early developments in image-guided cancer procedures and later directed substantial clinical work involving AAV-based gene delivery across international settings. His published research exceeds fifty peer-reviewed papers.
At Triple Helix Science he leads the scientific and clinical direction of the platform, with particular attention to protocol integrity, physician governance and responsible innovation.
